Brandon Krupp is a Population Health Management Consultant with Compass Health Advisors, bringing implementation experience in quality and risk adjustment, value-based analytics, and care management and population health operations. He is passionate about helping organizations navigate the operational and technical challenges of transitioning to value-based care, including exploring how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can help make population health programs more proactive, scalable, and effective. This ranges from AI-driven risk stratification models that flag rising-risk patients before a costly acute event occurs to natural language processing that unlocks a fuller picture of patient risk and quality gaps from unstructured clinical notes. He is closely following how predictive analytics can prioritize interventions by impact rather than administrative convenience.

Prior to joining Compass, Brandon worked at Epic Systems as a Healthy Planet Implementation Manager, leading implementations of the Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, Payer Platform, and Value-Based Analytics modules for health systems nationwide. His experience gives him a practical perspective on how emerging AI capabilities can be integrated into existing technology, data, and clinical workflows rather than deployed in isolation. He also worked at Arizona Food Bank Network, focusing on healthcare access issues within the organization's public policy work. Brandon holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Policy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
