Abby brings over 10 years of experience across the healthcare ecosystem, working with providers, health plans, and technology organizations to support population health strategy and value-based care transformation. Her experience includes population health analytics, quality improvement, data integrity, and value-based care. Abby has supported organizations in optimizing workflows, validating and interpreting complex healthcare datasets, and aligning operational processes with evolving reimbursement and reporting requirements. She is passionate about helping organizations turn complex healthcare data into practical, actionable insights that improve both operational performance and patient outcomes. Before joining Compass Health Advisors, Abby held roles spanning healthcare consulting, managed care, and healthcare technology, supporting both public and private sector healthcare initiatives. Abby holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
